Non- InsulatedWithin Argicultural roofing there is a wide selection of materials available, broken down between non-insulated, and insulated.
Profiled Metal Sheeting – (aka single skin sheeting)
Strong, low cost and low maintenance, pre-finished steel are an ideal material for roofing and cladding. Manufactured off-site into long metal sheet lengths that can usually span from ridge to eaves in a single sheet. Sheets are made to the specific customers requirements and lengths. Available in different profiles and 0.55/0.6/0.7mm grades of material. Available in a large range of colours, finishes with different warranties up to 40 years. It’s relatively fast and easy to install. Typically used to cover machinery sheds, poultry houses, feed stores, mills, Industrial units, etc. Material is available in Department of Agriculture grand spec.

Fleece lined profiled metal sheeting – (aka Non-drip single skin sheeting)
Has the same characteristics as a metal profile sheet however a fleece membrane is applied to the underside of the sheet. The fleece acts like a sponge absorbing condensation reducing the volume of water droplet’s or drip that can occur with ordinary single skin sheeting. It must be used in well ventilated areas.
Available in 0.55/0.6/0.7mm grades of material. Large range of colours, finishes and warranties up to 40 years. Ideal for Machinery sheds, livestock sheds and dairy units.

InsulatedJIEcopanel
Insulated roof panel that is a great economical option when using a composite panel. It has a metal profiled outer skin and an aluminium foil liner on the inside which makes the panel lightweight, easy to handle and install. Suitable for corrosive environments due to the non-corrosive aluminium foil. It has great thermal values and is available in insulation thicknesses of 30/40/60/100mm. This panel is mostly applied in piggeries, machinery sheds and cold stores. Available in a range of colours and guarantees.
**This panel is not suitable to clean using a power washer.
JI1000 Roof
Is a composite panel with a metal profile outer sheet, insulation core and a metal profiled internal liner. The panel is lightweight, easy to handle and install. It has great thermal values and is available in insulation thicknesses from 40mm to 150mm. The panel is fire rated and LPCB certified. The JI1000 Roof panel can be used in a multitude of applications but is not ideal in corrosive environments. It is available in a range of colours and guarantee’s
manufactured to the clients required length up to 13.2m long.
JIRoofplus
Is a composite panel with a metal profile outer sheet, insulation core and a fibreglass (GRP) internal liner. The panel is lightweight, easy to handle and install. It has great thermal values and is available in insulation thicknesses from 40mm to 150mm. The JIRoofplus panel can be used in corrosive environments as the GRP liner does not rust or rot.
It is available in a range of colours and guarantee’s. Fire rating classification: D-s3, s0.
It is manufactured to the clients required length up to 13.2m long.

PVC Wall Panels
Available in a ranges of thicknesses 35mm and 50mm(Beta and Gamma)100mm and 175mm(Zeta). The panels depending on thickness are either 333mm wide or 500mm wide and are manufactured to the required length. The panel system simply clicks together forming a watertight seal. The system is a very fast way of constructing a finished wall whilst using a recycled, lightweight product. Panels are available in fire rated and non-fire rated options. White and grey are the most common colours however other are available on request.
Commonly used in dairy parlours, power washing bays, piggeries and kennels.

Is a composite panel designed as a roof panel however can be used for side wall cladding. It is an insulated panel with a metal profile outer sheet, insulation core and a metal profiled internal liner. The panel is lightweight, easy to handle and install. It has great thermal values and is available in insulation thicknesses from 40mm to 150mm. The panel is fire rated and LPCB certified. The JI1000 R/W panel can be used in a multitude of applications but is not ideal in corrosive environments. It is available in a range of colours and guarantee’s manufactured to the clients required length up to 13.2m long.
JI1150VF
Is a Visible fixation composite wall panel. It is an insulated panel with a metal profile outer sheet, insulation core and a metal profiled internal liner. It is referred to as a multifunctional panel to be used from external wall to internal applications such as compartmentalising and ceilings. It has great thermal values and is available in insulation thicknesses from 40mm to 200mm.
The panel is fire rated and LPCB certified. Typically used in cold store, freeze rooms, poultry houses, piggeries and others.
Insulated PVC Wall Panels
Available in a ranges of thicknesses 35mm and 50mm. The panels depending on thickness are either 333mm wide or 500mm wide and are manufactured to the required length. The panel system simply clicks together forming a watertight seal. The system is a very fast way of constructing a finished wall whilst using a recycled, lightweight product. Panels can be filled with a PIR foam insulation in the 35mm and 50mm boards. Panels are available in fire rated and non-fire rated options. White and grey are the most common colours however other are available on request.
Commonly used in dairy parlours, poultry units, piggeries and kennels.
PVC Click and Pour System
Available in a ranges of thicknesses 100mm and 175mm. The panels are 333mm and are manufactured to the clients required length. The panel system simply clicks together forming a watertight seal. The system is a very fast way of constructing a finished wall whilst using a recycled, lightweight product. The panels once fitted can be filled with a liquid concrete mix or a concrete and insulation bead mixture. The 175mm Panel once filled with concrete can be used as a load bearing wall. A cost effective way of producing a finished will without using expensive shuttering pans and labour.
It’s a simple as click and pour! White and grey are the most common colours however other are available on request.
Suitable and commonly used in dairy parlours, poultry units, piggeries and liquid holding tanks.

Iso-Plus Doors
Aneuco’s Iso-Plus Insulated door is for indoor use only. Iso-Plus doors is a sandwich panel door covered with a high-grade PVC liner both sides and an insulating core on the inside. The surface is scratch-proof and produced in one light grey standard colour making it easy to maintain.
The door frame and surround are very strong, made of high-grade stainless steel. The rubber sealing between the door fame and surround ensures a draught-free space that keeps your energy use down.
The door is supplied with a high grade stainless steel surround and frame, pre-assembled door including door handle, rubber sealing and stainless steel fixings. It doesn’t get any easier. Standard dimensions available ex-stock however specific doors and sizes can be made to order.
Omni-Door
Aneuco’s Omni-door is a high grade insulated door which can be used for both indoor and outdoor application. Omni-door is sheeted with a high-grade, impact-proof polyester fibreglass liner both sides and a high density XPS-insulation core on the inside.
Due to its composition, the door is light and easy to handle. Thanks to XPS insulation, the door offers a very good energy coefficient. The door is supplied with a high grade stainless steel surround and frame, pre-assembled door including door handle, rubber sealing and stainless steel fixings.
Standard dimensions available ex-stock however specific doors and sizes can be made to order.
PVC Windows
Aneuco’s range of PVC windows comply with the most stringent requirements that apply for agricultural, residential and non-residential construction. Our Range of window frames have insulating and thermal properties, are extra safe due to the use of metal reinforcement profiles and in many cases have burglar retardant hinges and locks.
PVC has a very long service life due to its good resistance against all common weather conditions.
Available in double and triple glazed options. Frames are available in flat, flanged and tilt and turn variants.
Stock sizes are 1000mm x 1000mm however windows can be made to order to specific sizes.
Purlins
Cold rolled Metal purlins (aka Superspan purlins)
These are ideal for use on all types of modern roof cladding systems including metal composite panels, standing seam, and insulated roof deck systems. They are produced by extruding galvanised flat metal through a number of rollers, shaping the galvanised metal into the required purlin shape. We supply a number of purlin options from Sigma(multibeam), Z-purlin to C-purlins.
The purlins are engineered and prestressed by design.
Aneuco also have a new range of White painted agri-purlins in a Sigma (multibeam) profile.
Timber Purlins
Aneuco have a range of timber purlins in both Native and Imported timber. Timber purlins are generally used in aggressive agricultural environments as they do not rust, rot or corrode.
All our timber purlins are treated for extra longevity and all are stress graded. All native timber is graded to C16 structural grading and Imported timber is graded up to C24 structural grade.
We carry a range of 6×3(150x75mm), 7×3(175x75mm) and 9×3(225x75mm) in 4.8lm and 6.1lm lengths.
